How does booking work?
Casa Blanca Mar is a private villa that you always rent in its entirety. We work with fixed periods and a minimum stay. Here is how it works:
First, select your desired stay period and check the calendar to see if it is still available. Then, click the ‘Request stay & availability’ button to send us an email directly with your request. This way, you will receive a personal response from us within 24 hours regarding your reservation.

Payment Terms:
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining 70% balance must be settled 6 weeks prior to your arrival.

📋 Cancellation Policy & House Rules
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 6 weeks of arrival: 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable. (We highly recommend all guests to take out travel and cancellation insurance).
Cancellation between 8 and 6 weeks before arrival: The 30% deposit will be retained.
Cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival- full refund of the deposit
Pets:
To ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all our guests, pets are strictly prohibited on the property.
